“Shuckin’ for Seniors” by Charleston Charm, Charleston Area Senior Citizens, Inc.

 “Shuckin’ for Seniors”.  This is a Charleston Charm benefit for Meals on  Wheels Charleston and will take place at Tradesman Brewing Co. Saturday, February 22nd from 6-9 p.m.  Charleston’s elderly and Meals on Wheels Charleston needs the community’s help.  Government funding has decreased by 10% and the demand for meals has increased by 30% each year.  Without funding to feed all, approximately 100 seniors remain on a waiting list for up to four months until service can be provided.  Every ticket sold we will be able to feed Charleston’s seniors #OneHotMeal each Monday through Friday and deliver #OneFriendlySmile and visual safety check. Bunn DJ Co. will provide a variety of music and the Crazy Dutchman will serve oysters and BBQ.  This is a family friendly event. Adult tickets $35/ Children under 12 tickets are $15.  Ticket price includes your first beverage and all you can eat!
