Molina Healthcare's Free Community Baby Shower in Hampton County

    12:00 pm-2:00 pm
    May-01-19

To support new and expecting mothers in Hampton County, Molina Healthcare of South Carolina is teaming up with Hampton First Steps, Bundles of Joy Diaper Bank, I Serve with Joy and other local organizations to host a community baby shower, just in time for Mother’s Day! Molina will give approximately 50 new moms and moms-to-be with a complimentary diaper bag filled with baby essentials.

Partnering organizations will provide additional giveaways and education on health topics such as prenatal health, breastfeeding and early childhood development. Attendees can also enjoy light refreshments!

The event is designed to create awareness about the importance of prenatal and postnatal care. Improving birth outcomes and reducing infant mortality rates can often be achieved through education and healthy choices, and this event seeks to give families expecting a baby the resources to help them get the care they need.

This event is free and open to the public. All giveaways will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
