Palmetto Goodwill to host Goodwill Night at the Theatre

Join Palmetto Goodwill and Charleston Stage for a performance of The Producer, A New Mel Brooks Musical at the historic Dock Street Theatre in downtown Charleston on September 19. Proceeds from this event will benefit Palmetto Goodwill Veteran Programs.

The evening begins with a VIP cocktail reception, silent auction, wine lottery, and Goodwill Trunk Show from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. followed by Charleston Stage’s The Producer, A New Mel Brooks Musical, winner of 12 Tony Awards and 3 Olivier Awards, at 7:30 p.m.

VIP tickets which include a cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, silent auction, trunk show, wine lottery, and show are $75, tickets for the play only are $45 in advance and can be purchased at palmettogoodwill.org.

About Palmetto Goodwill Veteran Programs: 

Goodwill provides 3 major Veterans Initiatives through the Palmetto Warrior Connection, Operation Independence and the VA Stand Down for Homeless Veterans. These Programs provide opportunities for veterans to acquire skills that will help them regain self-sufficiently and economic independence. In 2014, Goodwill touched the lives of 1,286 local heroes through programs designed specifically to help veterans reintegrate back into the workforce. Goodwill also had the pleasure of serving 1,053 homeless individuals (veteran and civilian) at the Stand Down Against Homelessness at Armory Park in North Charleston and actively connected with 710 Post 911 Veterans through the Palmetto Warrior Connection.
