Junior Lifeguard Program 2
Participants will become familiar with aquatic environments, its hazards, and the demands of the job of a lifeguard. They will be actively involved with beach and waterpark lifeguards, learning the basics of aquatic rescue. This is a very physically demanding program where students are required to participate in running, ocean swimming and lifeguarding drills. First-time participants must pass a 125-yard swim test prior to the first day of the session.
