(CHARLESTON, S.C.) – Lennar, one of the nation’s top homebuilders, is celebrating the arrival of Summerville’s newest neighborhood, Braeland, with a grand opening event on Saturday, January 26.  This community comes into a quickly growing residential market for first time homebuyers and growing families.

“Summerville is a growing area of the Lowcountry, and we are excited to officially launch this great community as a part of that growth,” said Lennar Coastal Carolinas Division Director of Sales and Marketing, Jason Byham.  “This is the perfect market for homebuyers, and Braeland offers beautiful homes and great value with our signature Everything’s Included program.”

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Welcome Home Center located at 161 Dream Street, visitors can tour the community’s model home and enjoy a classic Lowcountry oyster roast, served from 12 – 2 p.m., with the chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.  Anyone who purchases a home during the grand opening weekend will receive blinds and washer/ dryer.

Lennar has 40 home sites available at Braeland, where homes feature 1,403 to more than 2,069 square feet and start in the low $130s.  These one- and two-story plans have three or four bedrooms, two baths, and two car garages.

Homebuyers in the Braeland community will benefit from Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included™ program.  This program has such desirable luxury features as upgraded flooring, a complete appliance package with refrigerator and much more, all included in the base price of the home.  Other home builders charge extra for these add-ons, costing the homebuyer thousands of dollars more.

Braeland is situated in near the desirable downtown Summerville, just minutes from restaurants and shopping and just half an hour from everything the greater Charleston area has to offer.  The community is near sought-after Dorchester County schools including Pinewood Prep and Summerville High School.
