April 22 – September 30, 2020
Wednesday, 3:00 – 7:00 PM

CFM & WAFM INSTRUCTIONS: Applications for returning vendors and new applicants are currently being accepted.
     –Review 2020 Vendor Manual
     –Submit completed application by the corresponding deadline
     –Submit $20 non-refundable application fee
    – Include all necessary paperwork and photos with application
     –Applicants will be notified by Market Management regardless of whether acceptance is offered

Application Deadlines:
Returning Vendors (Due: 2/28)
New Applicants
     –CFM (Due: 3/2)
     –WAFM (Due: 3/10)

The application process is competitive and priority is given to local farmers and growers.

All applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee of $20, which must be received prior to the corresponding application deadline.

This CALL FOR APPLICATIONS is for the following Vendor Types;

     –Farmer & Grower
     –Food Concessionaire
     –Artisan & Crafter

WAFM – Ackerman Park
     –Farmer & Grower
     –Food Concessionaire

Applications will also be available at the Office of Cultural Affairs, open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The calendar of operations is subject to change, while each market will operate Rain/Shine, exceptions are made when hazardous conditions are imminent.

Additional vending opportunities will be announced at a later date and made available to those eligible to participate.

The Charleston Farmers Market and West Ashley Farmers Market—produced by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs in cooperation with the City of Charleston Parks Department—are dedicated to the support and advocacy of local farmers, growers and local food producers. The markets feature fresh seasonal produce and prepared foods from area vendors who source ingredients from nearby farms. Additionally, each market will host live music, activities, community groups, while the CFM will also host a variety of local artisans.
