Charleston business discusses mental health and self esteem with female empowerment event

Exquisite Enterprises Inc. is hosting their first year of Exquisite Women’s Empowerment Day on Saturday, February 29th, 2020 at the Redux Contemporary Art Center (1056 King Street, Charleston, SC, 29403) from 1pm to 4pm. Every year, the organization hosts a female empowerment event in the first quarter of the year for women and female professionals of the Lowcountry to come together to celebrate one another and network. This year’s festivities are presented by Exquisite Enterprises Inc. and STS Enterprises.

The Exquisite Women Empowerment Day is a day-long celebration for women of all backgrounds to engage in empowering dialogue and activities. Every year, three central themes are chosen that are centered around women that allow them to “share opportunities for professional and personal advancement, support one another wholeheartedly, and elevate their individual dispositions.”

This year is centered around the topics of Mental Health, Self Esteem & Self Confidence, and “ME Time”. Throughout this day, attendees will enjoy an afternoon of talks from various female leaders in the Lowcountry on the topics mentioned, including activities for attendees to bond, learn, and have fun. Speakers include Lifestyle Blogger & Content Creator Narcisa Maura, Author Bree Gordon, and owner of Exquisite Enterprises Inc. Kimberly Bowman.

“This will be a unique experience for each attendee that we hope will not just make a difference in our communities, but change the dynamics amongst women and inspire generations that follow,” shared Kimberly Bowman of Exquisite Enterprises Inc.

The Agenda for the event is as follows:

– Networking & Yoga with Transformation Yoga
