Register Now to Learn How to Prepare Healthy Meals on a Budget This Summer

Do you spend too much time worrying what’s for dinner? Do you struggle with time, money or picky eaters? Take advantage of this free cooking series for families, and join culinary instructors from the Lowcountry Food Bank’s Cooking Matters program to learn how to prepare healthy, delicious meals on a budget.

Participation is limited to teams of two (one parent with one child) for this six-week class that covers a variety of topics, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting and nutrition. Participants will take home a bag of groceries at the end of the series. This program is sponsored in part by the Janet E. Segal Legacy Fund.
