Zone Out Entertainment presents Charleston Wine & Discussion, taking place at Sushi Blue on Sunday, May 27th from 8pm-10:30pm. This is the first time that Always Gift Baskets is organizing this event, in which they hope to bring the communities of Charleston together through engaging discussion while enjoying great wine.
The event will feature a panel discussion, moderated by Zone Out Entertainment’s Vice President Stephan Smith and Luvie’s Lounge Radio Show’s Lauren “Luvie” Smith. The panel features a variety of individuals with unique backgrounds all offering their own exciting opinions to the conversation which is guaranteed to be thought provoking and button pushing. The wine for the evening is provided by the event’s wine sponsor, E&J Gallo Winery, with additional food and refreshments provided by Sushi Blue.
This first event, dubbed as “Episode One,” is Zone Out’s grand unveiling to the community and, what Zone Out’s President, Joshua Grimball, considers to be a wake-up call for many. “Communication is essential to any and everything in our community. As simple of a concept it is, it’s difficult for many to do. Through Charleston Wine & Discussion we hope that we can bring people from different communities, backgrounds, experiences, to all have a seat at the table and talk like adults, with some great wine.”
Each event will have a theme, or topic, for the evening that will be discussed. Moderators will present various questions around the topic and our panelists will have their way with it, with audience participation included. After the discussion, to celebrate there will be an after party that follows for attendees, and panelists, to continue their discussions and engage more.
Event entry for this grand occasion is $10 for all, with ladies all being provided complimentary wine for the evening. Joshua, and the rest of the Zone Out team, encourage attendees to bring their friends, along with an open heart and mind, to allow for healthy and happy discussion. Tickets can purchased at Eventbrite and will be available at the door Sunday night.
