Real support for moms this Mother’s Day

This Mother’s Day we celebrate moms who are working to be the best moms they can be.

Here in Charleston, many moms may be in need of some extra support, especially those women who are expecting their first baby.

When I was pregnant with my first baby, I had so many questions about what to expect and wondered was I ready to be a mom. Luckily, I connected with a Nurse-Family Partnership personal nurse.

My nurse was always there for me to answer all my questions and provide me with expert information. She listened to what I needed and truly cared for me and my growing baby.

When I didn’t have enough food during my pregnancy and couldn’t  qualify for SNAP, she shared with me a list of resources so I could stay healthy for me and my growing baby.

Having a Nurse-Family Partnership nurse can be a game-changer to help a young woman be the best mom they can be!

Instead of “Googling” medical questions, she’ll have her own expert nurse. Most women can’t believe it’s available at no cost to those that qualify.

This Mother’s Day, help connect an expectant mom with Nurse-Family Partnership.  A personal nurse can give her trusted support to guide her through one of the most exciting and challenging moments of her life.
