November 2-5 Declared Charleston to Charleston Literary Festival Weekend

City of Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg has officially proclaimed November 2 – 5, 2017 as Charleston to Charleston Literary Festival Weekend. The Charleston Library Society, in its 269th year of existence has partnered with the Charleston Trust in Sussex, U.K., to bring a new literary festival to Charleston, S.C. The inaugural Charleston to Charleston Literary Festival runs from November 2-5, 2017 and will bring authors, screenwriters, and historians from around the world to Charleston. The festival will offer programming on subjects as diverse as Shakespeare, Feminism, and a history of the Charleston Renaissance as well as the famed Bloomsbury Group; and will host receptions allowing festival goers to mingle with speakers.

Ticket prices range per event with student pricing starting at $15. All-event passes are available for $250 and VIP all-access passes for $425. For a link to the official festival brochure, click here.
