State Senator Marlon Kimpson (D-42) publicly offered his support for rising political star and current House District 113 Democratic Candidate Marvin Pendarvis.
“Marvin has the background, training, and intellectual appreciation of the issues and would be an excellent choice to succeed Seth Whipper, as House District 113 Representative,” Kimpson noted. “He’s been working with me on criminal justice reform, economic equality for all and housing during my term as State Senator. We need him in Columbia to help fight and shoulder the workload to improve the quality of life for the citizens of House District 113,” Kimpson added.
“I am truly humbled and honored to have Senator Kimpson’s support, “Pendarvis stated. “I will do everything within my power to live up to his expectations and earn the votes of so many who support me, if I am elected,” he continued.
“I will be joining him on the campaign trail,” Kimpson declared. “I’m fired up. Ready to go!”
