Chaquis Maliq has been touring since 2012. And is known for traveling to cool cities, and telling her supporters all about it in her monthly blog, Acoustic Adventures. It is important for DIY Artists to tour. But there is also a time to slow down and enjoy life. Artists have to live life to provide new material. However, because of extreme touring, Chaquis has only been able to release two singles (”Patience” and “Tired of Being”) since her 2013 EP, ‘Harmonies of Me’. 

So, to provide more time in creating, you will see Chaquis Maliq keeping her shows mainly in the Carolinas and surrounding areas throughout the summer. It doesn’t mean she isn’t interested in other locations, but every artist is entitled to pump breaks on their career at any given time. But we must continue to support our honest DIY Artists, and let them know we are here for them.
