If you have not experienced depression yourself, someone in your life probably has - a family member, friend, or co-worker. Relationships, coping skills, spiritual life, physical health - these can all have an impact on depression.

In this free community event, we'll talk about signs and symptoms, as well as approaches to treatment. You'll learn about techniques for managing depression, such as support groups, coping skills, and relaxation exercises.  The goal is for you to walk away with tips for helping yourself or someone else.

Join us July 16th, from 10:30am - 12:00pm at Bliss Spiritual Co-op in Mount Pleasant

This free event is presented by Tina Arnoldi, a licensed professional counselor serving Mount Pleasant and West Ashley. She offers individual and group support, both online and in-person. Learn more at
