Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Prior custodial experience in cleaning, janitorial and caring for a large facility preferred
-Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
-Must be able to move and set-up tables, chairs and light furniture
-Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English
-Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, lift, sit and move intermittently during work hours
-Skilled in the use of light tools and cleaning equipment
-Ability to exercise good judgment, work efficiently. effectively, independently and amiably
-Valid South Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
-Background check and drug testing to be performed

The Charleston Branch NAACP will hold its monthly General Membership Meeting at 6:30 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2016 in the fellowship hall of Morris Brown AME Church, 13 Morris Street. The meeting will include a Town Hall Session on the State of the Charleston County School District, on next steps to hold the School Board accountable and on taking action to protect all schools and all children.
