On Saturday, March 6, Pastor Thomas A. Dixon will host a meet and greet for the great Charleston area and beyond, to get to know him and hear some of this policies.
Pastor Dixon is running as a Democrat for United States Senate to unseat incumbent Republican Tim Scott.
The event will be held at the International Longshoremen’s Association Hall - Local 1422 (1142 Morrison Drive) from 6 pm to 8 pm.
In recent years, Pastor Thomas Dixon has emerged as a tireless advocate for the people of South Carolina, one who is not afraid to stand up for truth, justice and the civil rights of all.
Many South Carolinians have become tired of the partisan politics of our elected officials who place the will of their party above the will of the people. Because of this, many believe that they no longer have a voice in government.
This, Pastor Dixon believes, is contradictory to the government that Abraham Lincoln described in his Gettysburg Address, a government that is “of the people, by the people and for the people.” Government must reflect the voice and the will of the people, and Pastor Dixon believes that he is the best person to represent the voice and the will of the people of South Carolina in the U.S. Senate.
Come out Saturday and hear Pastor Dixon’s life story and vision for the people of South Carolina.
