Brew HaHa Festival Taps into Craft Beer & Comedy Once Again this June

Laughs and Crafts will be on tap at the 2nd annual Brew HaHa, A Celebration of Carolina Craft Beer & Comedy, presented by the North Charleston Performing Center, on June 18th from 1PM – 6PM in and around the North Charleston PAC. Tickets will go on sale Friday, February 5, at 10am and are available at the Coliseum Advance Ticket Office, online at, or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Unlike any event in the Lowcountry, Brew HaHa will feature beer tastings from South Carolina breweries, comedy shows by Charleston’s very own Jeremy McLellan, live music provided by Awendaw Green, various food vendors, and beer samples from Charleston homebrewers in the Beer Engineer Supply Homebrewer Garden.

General Admission tickets are $40 and include a souvenir sampling glass, 10 drink tickets, entry to the comedy show, live local music, and unlimited samples from the Beer Engineer Homebrewer Garden! Food will be available for purchase.

VIP Experience tickets are $75 and include, early entry to the event, a Brew HaHa t-shirt, access to Mellow Mushroom VIP area with complimentary food, specialty beers, Firefly cocktails, and wine, PLUS a souvenir sampling glass, 10 drink tickets, admission to the comedy show, live local music, and unlimited samples from the Beer Engineer Homebrewer Garden! Very limited VIP tickets available.

Jeremy McLellan - A Charleston native since 1985, Jeremy has won the Charleston Comedy Festival Standup Competition the last two years in a row and was named Best Local Comic in the Charleston City Paper. He has performed at the Charleston Music Hall, JAIL BREAK arts festival, Theatre99, Woolfe Street Playhouse, and Threshold Repertory Theatre, and recently opened for Tig Notaro at the Charleston Music Farm. Never one to shy away from controversy, his material covers a wide range of hot-button topics like politics, gender, race, disability, religion, and Santa Claus.
