The Charleston RiverDogs have partnered with Palmetto Goodwill to host several Hire Me! events in January and February to fill more than 220 game day positions for the upcoming 2016 season.
During the first two hiring events, the RiverDogs will aim to fill 165 front and back of the house positions that will help run the stadium’s restaurants and concessions including cooks, cashiers, runners and more. With a variety of unique food options for fans to enjoy, the stadium is looking to fill numerous fun and rewarding positions. Try your hand as a beer shake maker at Pie House, become a gourmet hot dog builder at Dog World or get your fry on whipping up funnel cakes and deep-fried Oreos.

Location: Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (360 Fishburne St. in Downtown Charleston)
Time: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Date: Thursday, February 4
Location: Palmetto Goodwill Community Service Center (2150 Eagle Drive in North Charleston)
Time: 10 a.m.
The following events will aim to fill all remaining game day positons including ushers, parking attendants, ticketing, merchandise, customer service, clean-up crew, and any remaining food service openings. And, if you have what it takes, you can possibly be the next Charlie T. RiverDog team mascot!
Date: Thursday, February 18
Location: Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (360 Fishburne St. in Downtown Charleston) Time: 4 – 7 p.m.
Date: Sunday, February 21
Location: Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (360 Fishburne St. in Downtown Charleston)
Time: 1 – 4 p.m.
Pay rates range from $8 – $15 per hour, depending on experience.

Hiring managers will be on-site conducting interviews, with job offers being made on the spot to qualified candidates. Interviewees should dress professionally and bring all documentation required for hire including list of references, official identification and social security card or birth certificate.
The RiverDogs open the 2016 season on Thursday, April 7 as they welcome the Columbia Fireflies to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park for the first time. RiverDogs baseball can be heard all season long on the flagship radio home WTMA 1250AM.
